Mr. Har brings 25+ years of extensive expertise and insight to the financial industry with a reputation for excellence and through thoughtful leadership. Throughout his career, he has held various key roles in finance, encompassing strategic planning, investment management, risk assessment, financial analysis, and consulting for small businesses through pre-IPO companies.

Holding CFO roles with family offices invested in national franchises, golf clubs, the W Hotel, among many other companies invested in technology, hospitality, and real estate - Mr. Har has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complex financial landscapes delivering solutions that drive business growth and success that continues to make a profound impact in corporate and personal financial health. His approach has led to industry specific, worldwide adoption of various initiatives - including, PCI compliance and commercial retail LEED buildings.

Like countless others, pivotal moments in life triggered a revelation. Mr. Har graduated from UC Santa Barbara in Economics and is deeply driven by giving back to community. He holds various Board positions, including at the University of California at Irvine where he received his Masters in Business Administration. In his downtime, Mr. Har enjoys coaching youth sports, firmly committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
